As women business owners, we face some unique challenges—and many amazing opportunities. But sometimes it’s hard to hear our own voices when we don’t have common experiences with our male peers. I founded InHer Circle Austin to create a space where female entrepreneurs thrive among peers who innately understand them, allow their voices to be heard and ultimately give each other the confidence to succeed.

What is InHer Circle Peer Advisory Group?

InHerCircle handpicks and curates 8 members from non-competing industries. We meet monthly for a deep dive, half-day session, allowing each member to bring her biggest challenge to the group to solicit feedback, advice and sometimes tough love. The key is creating an environment where momentum rules. We help each other accelerate business and life goals, challenge each other to be better, stronger and more confident leaders, but most importantly, we share openly and speak honestly and directly to all issues.

Central to any peer advisory group is the open and honest exchange of ideas and experiences. Peers share constructive feedback on what is or isn’t working, learn from one another’s past successes and challenges, crowdsource solutions, all in a completely confidential, non-competitive environment. In short, these are your people. Your personal advisory board for business and life.
